KestrelUAS integrates drone operations, remote sensing, geospatial technologies, and data analysis

 → from data acquisition to informed decisions.

KestrelUAS was founded by Emmanuelle Albrecht, a geographer with more than 14 years of experience working at the intersection of operations, data management, and geographic information. She holds a bachelor's degree in Geography with specialized coursework in GIS, as well as project management training from McGill University (Montréal).

Her career has focused on understanding user needs, applying program requirements, coordinating operations, and facilitating access to relevant information, data, and resources.

Her experience spans security operations, geospatial data management and regulatory program administration in Quebec's maple syrup production sector, emergency response and information management with the Canadian Red Cross, and six years with the RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM), an Earth Observation satellite mission at the Canadian Space Agency, where she served as Mission Planner and Deputy Mission Manager.

After relocating from Canada to Northern Virginia in 2026, she established KestrelUAS to apply that multidisciplinary experience to drone operations.
